First telephone interview

15mn with a member of the HR team, the opportunity to explain in a few words our activity and to know each other a little bit more.

Interview with your future manager

This second 15-minute exchange will allow us to validate with you that the position is well aligned with your expectations.

Meeting in our offices

To exchange (in real life!) with your future manager, and another member of Ombrea, and discover the team! If needed, this exchange can be done remotely.

You may also be asked to take a technical and/or personality test.

Growing at Ombrea

Thanks to a tailor-made onboarding

- D-14 before arrival: reception of the Welcome Kit including an integration guide, a first introduction to office life at Ombrea and some surprises to discover on the day of arrival.
- D-Day: welcome around a breakfast and delivery of the Ombrea starter pack, discovery of the offices, meeting with the team and exchanges with your manager and your division.
- During the first month: visit of one of our demonstrators, and afterwork with the whole team to celebrate your arrival!
